Lisa Bio

 

Passionately driven to impact the youth in Southern California’s community, Lisa spent the last 10 years advocating Big Brothers Big Sisters’ mission to empower youth’s potential through one-to-one mentoring relationships currently as the Senior Director of Programs. Beginning her journey at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County (BBBSOC), Lisa developed pivotal leadership skills that supported the team through exponential growth within the county. Five years ago, she took on a new leadership opportunity to lead the School Based Mentoring Program at BBBS Greater Los Angeles area. Now, as the Senior Director of Programs, she’s focused on shifting the culture, creating efficiencies in BBBSLA’s systems, and innovatively engaging within programs. Lisa loves traveling and learning new cultures. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton as well as a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
